We use first class post for small orders, and couriers for larger orders.

For postage overseas, the Royal Mail advertises the following delivery times:
Western Europe: 3 working days
Rest of World: 5 working days

Overseas couriers are variable. If you need a large order quickly, please check by email before you order.

Returns are not normally accepted, except if books or CDs arrive damaged. In this case please return the materials to Ruslan Limited within 10 days for replacement. If you lose your cds or if they become damaged, you can order replacements by phone. See the note at the bottom of the webshop page.
