Medny Vsadnik - The Bronze Horseman. CDRom. Production by John Langran
An interactive version of the epic Pushkin poem, read by Igor Bunakov and recorded at FM Division Studios in Moscow. You can listen in short sections, with left click for sound and right click for help with vocabulary. There are translations, interactive exercises, exercises on a summary of the poem, and commentary in Russian by Lyudmila Pryadko and in English by Professor Robin Milner-Gulland. The main illustrations are by Alexander Benois, first published in 1904.

The CDRom is distributed in a DVD case with a 24 page booklet giving the full text of the poem and a translation by John Langran.



This CDRom works with all Windows 32 bit platforms. Windows Vista users may have to install the fonts manually. If you have a 64 bit version of Windows you may be able to use Ruslan CDRoms with Windows XP emulation.
