RUSSIAN LANGUAGE ROUTINES CDROM
"Russian Language Routines" is a CD-ROM version of grammar revision material developed over many years by David Adshead at the University of Birmingham and now enhanced with added sound. The CDRom was produced by Mike Beilby of CBL projects, who went on to produce the Ruslan CDRoms. The program is in four sections:
Nouns: A database of Russian noun stems and English meanings. Students add endings for particular combinations of form and case.
Verbs: Tests on different regular and irregular conjugations of Russian verbs, including stem changes and aspects.
Adjectives: Comprehensive random tests on adjectives and their endings.
Words: Gapfill exercises on a series of texts and with reference to a concordancing facility.
