One of the most difficult things for foreign learners of Russian is to remember the stress in Russian family names and place names.
<BR><BR>
This exercise uses a shortened version of the text for the cemetery exercise on page 94 / 101.
<BR><BR>
First print out the file

and use a pencil to mark where you think the stress on the names should be

Then listen to the recording

(2.4mb) and correct your first attempt.

Listen again, correct where necessary, and continue the process until you have all the stress marks in the correct places.
