One of the most difficult things for foreign learners in Russian is to remember the stress in Russian family names and place names.
<BR><BR>
Below is a recording of the theatre programme exercise on page 103/110, and a spare copy of the text for you to print out.
<BR><BR>
Before you listen to the recording, use a pencil to mark in the stresses in the text that you think you know. 
<BR><BR>
Listen to the text, and correct your first efforts.
<BR><BR>
Then mark in any more stress marks that you can remember from the recording.
<BR><BR>
Listen again, correct where necessary, and continue the process until you have put in all the stress marks.
